1. Prices

Prices for customers are based on shipping location. You can find out which currency you can check out from using our country selector located in the navigation of our website. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient on receipt of the order.

Once you order is completed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful please contact us by e-mail at online@giosbrand.com

If you have a gift voucher please enter in the checkout page and it will automatically calculate your discount. Once purchased gift vouchers are non refundable.

 

Delivery and shipping costs

Except express request of the Client, delivery is made by courier company and shipping costs are borne by the Client.

The shipping time for bicycles and frames will be up to 6 to 7 days from the date of order, subject to availability.

Shipping costs are subject to different variables such as location, transport company or legal conditions.

The shipping costs will be calculated and displayed automatically once the address to which the shipment is made has been entered.

We do not accept size or model exchanges. You will have to make a return and a new order through our website . This return must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the order. It must be returned in perfect conditions, unused, in its original box or packaging, keeping the labels and with all the accessories.

The customer will send an email to online@giosbrand.com to communicate the return to the company.

5. Return of a defective product
